Indoor plants remove different chemicals


Three chemicals of particular concern in office environments are formaldehyde, benzene and TCE. Formaldehyde is often found in products of particle board used in office furniture. It is also found in detergents. Philodendron, spider plant, weeping face, and golden pothos are good, to eliminate the formaldehyde in the air. Benzene is found in glue, paint and plastic. Plants that are removed benzene gerbera, golden pothos, English Ivy, Peace Lily, Gerbera Daisy, Madagascar dragon tree. Trichloroethene (TCE) is a product used in printing inks, paints and dry cleaning. Peace Lily, Golden Pothos, GEBERA Daisy, English Ivy and remove TCE.

Although indoor plants can not solve all the problems of indoor environmental quality, can office plants to make a significant difference to human health and happiness in a working environment. Indoor plants not only beautify a desk, but they also add oxygen and improve air quality by replacing the green writing a whole new meaning.
