PBR

PVP is a form of intellectual property specifically to protect new plant varieties. They entitle the holder to prevent that, to produce other, for sale, import and export of protected plants and seeds from these requirements.

You can new plants or varieties of seeds with the UK or EC Plant Variety Office. Further information from the Department for Environment Food and Rural Affairs are available (DEFRA) link that has the responsibility in this area.
